Discover a business built on accountability, shareholder alignment, and a clear strategy for profitable growth.

Strategy Delivered. Built to Scale.

We are growing. In FY2026 revenue grew organically for the first time in several years, and earnings grew materially faster: adjusted EBITDA up 21% to R624 million, operating profit up 15% to R483 million, profit after tax up 39% to R357 million, and headline earnings per share up 42%, from 40 cents to 57 cents. Return on equity was 35%.

Earnings growth materially ahead of revenue growth is what scalability looks like in a services group. It reflects improving operational leverage, stronger execution and higher productivity from the capital employed in the business, and it is the base we scale from.

Results are reported across three segments: IT Services, Operational Technology and International. Since 1 August 2026 we have operated as twelve specialist divisions reporting into those segments, each with its own managing director, its own profit and loss and its own market identity.

The Third Stage of a Three-Stage Strategy

Cost rationalisation and decentralisation are complete and embedded. Decision-making sits closer to clients and markets, and each division carries the consequence of its own decisions.

Our focus has moved to capital allocation: deploying capital where it earns the highest long-term returns, and backing leaders who build resilient, cash-generative businesses.
